Within a week of the call (but often sooner), I will send you a written plan of action tailored just for you. It will map out the practical yet realistic steps you can take straight away to simplify your life and lighten your mental load.

2 Weeks of Follow-on Support

While the Action Plan tells you exactly what to do next, change will only come when it actually happens! To help you see the plan through, I will be available on Voxer to offer encouragement, friendly accountability and guidance as you work through the plan.

That’s absolutely fine, and not uncommon! The whole point of the Mental Load MOT is for me to work that out for you. I will ask you many questions to get to the root of the problem and to prioritise the steps we can take to have the biggest and quickest impact on your life.

If your home is one of the areas taking up your mental load, it is essential for me to see your space in order to truly understand the challenges and to know how to guide you. Please be assured that I will not judge you in any way, and I will not record or use any footage or images of your home unless you consent to me doing so.
